Web Design + Campaign Concepts
When the wallet moved to the phone
In 2015, paying by phone was still an unfamiliar gesture. U.S. Bank wanted cardholders to see Apple Pay and Android Pay as practical ways to pay, with its card at the center of the experience.
Working with Clock Four, I shaped the experience through curated photography, promotional landing pages, display ads and in-store print collateral. I also pitched campaign ideas that put mobile pay into real moments, from food trucks to airports to game day.
The aim was to make an emerging technology feel less like a novelty and more like a habit.
